Getting Started with SaaS Medical
How per seat subscriptions are structured in SAAS Medical
Subscriptions are on a "per seat" basis.
A "seat" is a FTE working primarily with SAAS Medical.
example: For a small practice with one doctor and two receptionists
If the doctor and the two receptionists are actively using SAAS Medical throughout the day - then 3 seats are required.
If the doctor is only occasionally utilising SAAS Medical - then just 2 seats are required.
We encourage individual users to not share logins. If you have 3 seats - you can register more users to cover part-time workers and locums etc. not a problem.
